Restaurant 108

       Restaurant 108 is a student run restaurant located at Brookline High School.  Students are responsible for all aspects of the restaurant including: cooking, serving, cleaning, and management.  Our program is part of the Career and Tech Ed department at Brookline High.

      The program supervisor is Chef Paul Carpenter who oversees the operation with the help of an assistant.  However, students are the true leaders of this incredible program.

      We are open to: town employees, BHS faculty, students, and invited guests.  Guests are required to make reservations.  Contact information can be found in the contact tab.
