The Restaurant 108 Kitchen Staff
Restaurant 108 is overseen by tw0 adult staff members at BHS, however most of the leaders at Restaurant 108 are students in the program. At Restaurant 108 we strive to build chefs of character able to lead cooks through the rigors of food preparation and service.
Chef Paul Carpenter
Chef Carpenter is the Culinary Careers program advisor. He has been a member of the BHS faculty for over decade . Before helming Restaurant 108, Paul worked at numerous Boston area restaurants.
Chef Beth Ricardelli
The assistant program advisor is Beth. She joined the 108 team in the fall of 2014. Previously, she worked at a fast casual italian restaurant.
